Someone please explain the purpose of writing on paint samples? Is this like a random fad metaphor? Like “paint samples come in all shades so do people therefore my quotes will seem more deep if I wrote on something that shows shades” or is this a 50 shades of grey reference I’m missing. Someone please explain?
